Ke‘olu Golf Course Photography | Four Seasons Hualalai | Hawaii /  by Ethan Tweedie

The Hualalai Resort recently hired me to photograph their newly renovated Private Members Only Ke’olu Golf Course using Drone Aerial Photography.  For 5 days in a row we started our day at Sunrise and captured 3 to 4 Holes each morning ending the day by 8am as to capture the best light on each Hole.  

The renovation took two years and is the first since the Tom Weiskopf course debuted in 2002.  The Golf Course’s major changes were converting the Bermuda grass to Paspalum.  “The Paspalum grass is more salt tolerant and has a brilliant emerald green appearance” says Dan Husek Director of Golf Course Maintenance. 

It was truly an honor to have the privilege of capturing this magnificent golf course in its best light.

$22 Million Dollar Ocean Front Home at Waikoloa Beach /  by Ethan Tweedie

Check out this $22 Million Dollar ocean front home listing by MacArthur and Lai Group.  The home sits on the edge of Anaeho’omalu Bay on the Big Island of Hawaii nestled between the Waikoloa Beach Marriott and the Hilton Waikoloa Village directly on the Pacific Ocean. The views and location of this property are stunning, from Sunsets in the evening to the stars and Milky Way at night!  It was amazing to photograph this stunning home as we spent 13 hours on location capturing each space in the best light.   Below are some highlights from the photoshoot!

Luxury Hotel Room Photography-Recent Photoshoot at Hilton Waikoloa Village | Big Island | Hawaii /  by Ethan Tweedie

Hilton Waikoloa Village has been one of my clients for 9 years, for our most recent photoshoot we photographed some of the rooms with a tight focus on room views and some aerials of the Saltwater Lagoon & Beach.  Mahalo Hilton Waikoloa for being such a great client!

We just finished a two day shoot at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii!  We photographed 6 hotel rooms and captured some daytime and evening shots of the brand new electric boats that replaced the gas powered ones! Here is sample of some of the images we captured.

Vacation Rental Photography - Latest Photoshoot for Inspirato Luxury Vacation Rentals /  by Ethan Tweedie

Our latest photoshoot was on the Big Island of Hawaii for a company called Inspirato, they are a leading luxury hospitality company that manages, staffs, and maintains an exclusive collection of branded luxury vacation homes.  

The home we photographed is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on a beachfront setting called Kolea which is a gated community right on Anaehoʻomalu Bay on the stunning Kohala/Kona Coast. The first thing you see when you enter the home is the gorgeous blue water of the Pacific Ocean. You can certainly enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi or just a short walk from the home is the white sands of Anaehoʻomalu Beach where you can relax on the beach, swim, snorkel etc or explore the Petroglyphs steps away from the house.  

We were blessed with gorgeous sunny skies most of the day and to our surprise a rare light rain cloud came over the house and created this giant rainbow right at sunset!!
